" We used Creek Home Design for our house plans and design. Cynthia was AMAZING and we could NOT have done it without her. During the drafting process she took plain standard plans and turned them into everything we ever envisioned our dream home would have. Her attention to detail ensured we had everything correct and ready for the builder, from the floor plans to the ceiling height to the pitch of the roof for optimal drainage to the style of windows we wanted to the types of doors to be used throughout. We also used her for complete design services, which was so well worth it! She helped us to pick out paint, lights, flooring, and even to design our cabinets, inside and out. She was there for every major decision and milestone and would even help us when we would get stuck making a minor decision. She also wasn’t afraid to speak up when she realized something wasn’t quite right during our build. I can’t state how important that was as we were able to avoid serious issues. She was with us until the very last minute. She has the best personality, lots of energy, incredible creative vision, an eye for detail, and the uncanny ability to make your dreams into reality!
